This is to invite all SWIMMING CLUBS to the 2nd Flash Swimming Sprints Gala due on Saturday, 21 November 2026 at Greenhill Academy Kibuli swimming pool, (25m SC by 8 Lanes) starting at 8:00 am, details of which are indicated below;
1. Eligible Participants:
All Uganda swimming clubs and any international swimming clubs with recommendation letters from the home federation.
2. Participation Fees:
Each Participant will be required to pay Participation Fees UGX 80,000/=. Spectators will be charged UGX 20,000/=.

3. Event Entries:
Entries should be submitted not later than 30 October 2026 by email to info@flashswimmingclubug.com
4. Warm-Up:
Warm-up at the Competition Venue will commence at 6:00 am until 7:30 am, for the start of 8.00 am.
5. Events List:
The Event List/Order of Events is attached.
6. Age Groups:
The Events will be classified according to the age categories defined as 10 and under, 11 to 12, 13 to 14, 15 and over.
7. Seeding:
Depending on the number of available participants, an Event may be swum as an open event, provided that results shall be indicated by age categories of the Participants.
8. Time Finals:
The Events shall be conducted on a timed final basis.
9. Awards:
Each Swimmer will receive a Diploma of Participation. Medals shall be awarded to the top 3 swimmers per event, a cash prize shall be awarded to the best swimmers per age group and the top 3 teams.
10. Indemnity:
Each participant takes part in the Gala at their own risk and will not hold FLASH or the host liable in the event of injury that may occur during the Gala.
